My Auto Import Center gave us excellent service installing accessories that were not ordered with our new car, they were overlooked when we ordered the car.

The Muskegon Subaru dealership is a breath of fresh air, especially after our experiences with the dealer in Grand Rapids.

What a Joke this place is.

What a Joke this place is... From the Service Department to Sales. The young man that work with in sales was fantastic. I chose to not do a survey because I didn't want it to hinder the guy salesman. The Sales Manager is very condescending when talking to customers. I have experienced the same when working with the service department, they act like they are never wrong. Something will have to drastically change to ever get me back in the doors of this dealership. Fundamental flaws from the top down.

There was a mistake and a recall was missed two days

There was a mistake and a recall was missed two days prior to me having to come in. I appreciate that I got a phone call and personal apology for the oversight. Mistakes happen, but I appreciated that I was in and out quickly.

Their service is great.

Their service is great. Even though because of the world wide logistics problems they try to get the parts and accessories we wanted installed on our new 2023 Subaru Tour. We are very happy with the waiting area where I used the customer office space to get some online work done.

Had vehicle issues on a Thursday, Sam Six was able to get

Had vehicle issues on a Thursday, Sam Six was able to get me in to have it looked over the next morning. After my vehicle had been looked over by their service team, Sam called and let us know everything that they had found wrong, and also what it would take to fix it. He was very open and honest with us about the issues, (we have taken our vehicle to the service center there before to have it fixed as well for other issues and have always been 100% satisfied) and once he found out that my husband and I were going to just look into buying a different vehicle, he was very quick to refer us over to the salesman Rob. Rob was very professional, and very easy to work with! He knew we were in a pinch, he had us look through the website and pick a few different vehicles we were interested in checking out, he met with us the very next day (saturday morning), and made the process of finding a car very smooth. All of this would not have been possible without all of the hard working professionals at My Auto Import Center, including Steve in finances, he worked his magic and we were in our "new to us" vehicle by Monday afternoon. He worked very hard to get us into a vehicle that worked with our budget as well as our family needs, having 5 kids left us very limited on what vehicle would fit us all! He didn't stop working until we we approved, and he knew we were happy! John was able to get us through a lot of our paperwork and answer any questions we had, in a quick, smooth, and very professional manner. These guys run around busy all day, but you would never guess it with the amount of compassion, and professional service they provide! They dont just try to get you in and out and push a vehicle on you just to make a buck, they really are a team of hard working individuals who CARE and take PRIDE in what they do! Over all I am so thankful for the whole team at the dealership, but especially for the men who made this possible for my family, Rob, Steve, Sam, and John. We will definatly continue to do business with them for all of our vehicle needs! And we will be recommending them to anyone who needs help with their vehicles or in the market to buy a new one!

Everything was exactly as I was told.

Everything was exactly as I was told. My appointment was at 7:30 and was told it would take approximately 4 hours. Larry was great and I am sorry I don’t remember the name of the service tech but he did message me to let me know he was available anytime for questions. Great service

The people in the service department got my car's battery

The people in the service department got my car's battery recharged and the car is running perfectly now. What a friendly and efficient group of workers. Plan to bring our new Subaru to My Subaru for all it's maintenance.
