Very rude and narcissistic sales team. Had money taken off my trade ins value for damage to the car on there lot. Was charged hundreds of dollars for them to do cheap fix that I could’ve done better myself. Very sketchy, not transparent at all would not recommend.

Our Nissan Pathfinder was our 2nd purchase this year from My Auto Import Center. We had such a Great experience the 1st time we went back again. Olivia Y. was our salesperson and was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. The service department was excellent from check in to pickup. Alex (sales manager) Steve (financial officer) and Troy (Nissan sales) were great to deal with also. We would recommended this dealership hands down to anyone.

Pretty bad experience .. Took way too long , I felt mislead , I thought all issues were resolved until I drove the car home and the check engine light came on .. The least important issue was I cleaned the car after my auto " detailed " it ..
