I hadn't bought a car in a long time.

I hadn't bought a car in a long time. I corresponded with John Fitzgerald prior to visiting the dealership. I found him to be the stereotypical car dealer- he brought back a lot of bad memories. I went to Superior Subaru and bought a car from them. It was very much a my way or the highway proposition. What these guys don't understand is that when you treat someone like that, it makes it hard for everyone who follows. I am a medical professional, and treat everyone with respect- and that is what I expect in return.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the exploring

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the exploring and purchasing process at West Houston Subaru. I was provided great information, answers to questions, and time to process and make my decision without feeling pressured or rushed. The follow up to make sure I know how to utilize all the safety and special features has also been great. I love my car and greatly appreciate my experience at West Houston Subaru!

Very pleasant experience.

Very pleasant experience. Went in for a test drive and drove home with a new car. Keith Fogt made the process easy , with no pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I got a great deal on a new 2025 Crosstrek and couldn’t be happier

West Houston has been servicing my Subarus for several years. I am very happy with the service writers and the work that has been done. Easy to set up an appointment, while the work is being done, I am always kept informed of the progress. Cannot ask for more.
