Meet Don Thomas

The sales man was good to call me back, however you all had no older cars.

Several reasons I give this dealership a low rating. I only service my wife's VW Beetle there. for instance, this morning I had a 7:45 appt. I was asked if I was waiting on the car. I told them no I did not want to wait that long. Service advisor told me it would be two hours. It is now 4:30 and I'm having to call them after leaving a message earlier in the day. The second, is I was shopping for a 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line for a friend. The price listed on the internet before fees is $28,243. I'm texted a price, but the price is only valid if you finance through them. Nothing on any internet ad says you have to finance to get that price, plus then they want to add bogus fees like $499 for some basically insurance policy if you were to get hit in first three years and $499 window tint. Those should be already in the sale price not added after. So basically, they want to change the price by $4,357.00 if I don't finance through VW @ standard rates. Very disappointed in the customer service and sales at this point. We ended up buying from Hiley VW in Huntsville and paid more for the car because of better customer service.

Over the years I have bought many vehicles through Don Thomas. I bought Volvo, Buick, VW and GMC. It's always a pleasure to deal with Don. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The last three were bought with the assistance of Jennifer Mills, Gary Redd and Matt Robertson. They are all very good to work with and I couldn't ask for a better dealership!
