Thorough and friendly.
I walked in cold and ask about a specific discount on a specific vehicle. Bill answered my questions directly and straight forward. I was very pleased and drove away in a new vehicle within two hours of walking in. Tag and all personal belongings moved, all paperwork including finance done!
