Sherry was very helpful and accommodating. I was overwhelmed about this visit but she helped put me at ease and gave me the outcome I needed. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and helpful. Very friendly environment and I have been up here multiple times. It’s always like that.

I inherited a Traverse which had not been driven in 3 years. John and his team worked hard to restore the vehicle to drivability. I highly recommend Taylor Chevrolet's service department for great customer service.

I was quoted a particular monthly cost to trade in my

I was quoted a particular monthly cost to trade in my lease for an upgrade, but when I got to the dealership, that amount changed. After speaking to the sales manager, things changed. That manager was kind enough to work very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a great price. He and the saleslady I was working with did a great job making me a very happy customer. They even delivered my car to me at home! Thank you Tinley and Jody!

They are liars, they say your job is your credit 99$ down just to get you in don’t do it they lie, I am about to put in a complaint to BBB

This is my 4th lease with Taylor Chevrolet.

This is my 4th lease with Taylor Chevrolet. I have the most amazing sales person named Carmen Lowman! She is always there for me no matter what I need from just a question to the service department. You have a great service department also and my go to person is Jennifer Hostetler, she’s also amazing. I can’t say enough great things about them.
