I have to wait almost two months to get hatch to open. Never buy a Tiguan. It has so many problems. The car is just a lemon and if I have a flat I can’t even get to my spare tire. In my opinion that is a safety concern. It’s hard to get appointments without waiting forever. Seems like VW has a lot of problems when the waiting list is months away for a service problem. So that should tell anyone about VW’s. Just run to another kind of vehicle.

Can’t speak for sales, but the service department leaves much to be desired. They rarely answer their phones after being transferred and I had my appointment canceled twice. Once for weather, but was not rescheduled until after leaving two messages. After I finally did get an appointment it was later canceled after I was told all the technicians would be taking time off... I do not recommend them.

Loved the attentiveness of Ethan! He addressed all of our concerns and made sure that all of our needs were met! He did an awesome job!

We had a wonderful experience doing business at Moffitt Volkswagen. It was well worth the 3 hour/220 mile drive from Fort Worth, TX. Both Vanessa and Ted worked with us during the week to get the deal and financing application done ahead of our arrival so the whole process would be expedited. I had some extra on-site requests regarding items on the car that their entire team took care for us while we were signing paperwork. Everyone was very frindly and professional.
