Pitts Toyota

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Pitts, I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. Everyone Was very courteous and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. My salesman Cliff Chapman and the sales department were excellent in making it quick,and easy in trading my truck and purchasing the new one. The Pitts sercvice department are always helpful and courteous and go out of there way to get me in and out as fast as possible. We are a Toyota family and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else in the future to buy my next Toyota. Thank you Pitts Toyota!

Maybe you have to purchase a new vehicle to get customer service. No willingness to negotiate price even when confronted with lower price at another dealership. Dont waste your time or your money there are far better deals at other dealerships.

Pitts provide fine service, & prompt also.I needed an estimate on some repairs, both mechanical.Pitts completed both in record time. Very satisfied.

After a deer had collided with our Infiniti FX35, it needed quite some repair on the side and to the front. Pitts Toyota Inc. did an excellent job and we can only highly recommend them to others. Sure, we also have to recommend our State Farm insurance.

Dealership had the rudest sales people of any that I have visited. Makes you want to purchase anything except a toyota or any car that Pitts has. Would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car, stay away. If this is the attitude before the sale, imagine what it will be like after you have purchased your new car.
