Called this dealership this morning from Kentucky.

Called this dealership this morning from Kentucky. We are looking to add a third car. Spoke with someone about the suv they had for sale. I Ask about the dealer fees and cash price. The person said he would call me right back with a cash price. A call back and ask to speak to a the sales manager or owner and he said that is me. I ask why he had not called me back and his reply was I am very busy!!!! Really!!!! Called another dealer and my phone has not stopped ringing. Apparently this place does not need my business.

Called and expressed interest in 2012 Jaguar which was

Called and expressed interest in 2012 Jaguar which was available at the time… filled out and submitted finance application early that day no one contacted me after they did a hard inquiry on my credit report , sent me a message the next day saying someone will call me later ; no call that day , inquired about car next day , they said car was sold.

No attention to fine detail

Not going to lie I was a little disappointed.I purchased a one owner low mileage corvette back in February. I didn’t get a block away when the tps system noted a low tire so I turned around and they aired it up. Then driving home I was going through gauge setting and noticed oil life at 46% and a week later it was obvious none of the door actuators actually worked. I blame them Andre for not having this vehicle ready. Not sure I’d go back?

great customer service

I recently purchased a truck with the help of Marty at Martin Auto Gallery. I can say that this was by far my best vehicle purchase experience. Very informative, no hard sell and a trust between seller and buyer. All was well until I had an issue with the door latches on the vehicle not latching when temps went below freezing. I brought it to Marty's attention and he was very helpful. There was a recall for the latches and Marty set up an appointment for me at a ford dealership to have the work completed. He kept me informed of the progress of the work thruout the day. Above and beyond the call of duty! Excellent customer service! Much appreciated from a salesman who takes an interest in the customer even after the sale.

Great Customer Service!!

I am very happy with my purchase of a 2018 Silverado! Hassel Free! Very professional and accommodating. I certainly would recommend working with this dealership, some of the most professional in the industry. Marty Pistella was great. He did everything he could to make it a pleasure doing business with them. In many areas of service these days, it has gone out the window with this plandemic, but not at Martin Auto Gallery, they make you glad you stopped in to give them an opportunity to serve you. Honest, straight up business. What a relief to find a hometown dealership with roots in the area, that still cares about the customer. Great job to everyone and I certainly will recommend your business to all!

Medical sales

After weeks of searching online I made a phone call to Martin Auto Gallery as I noticed a Mini Cooper available on their website. Not wanting to miss out, I dialed immediately. Early, approximately 7:30 AM. Greg answered and by days end I had my used, but new to me, Mini Cooper. Could not be more pleased!

BRIAN DANIELE $34000 DOWN THE DRAIN

BOUGHT 2015 ESCALADE LAST YEAR, ON MY WAY HOME HAD TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS- MARTY PUT IN ROHRICH DEALERSHIP SERVICE FOR 2 WEEKS , JUST SAT THERE, NOTHING WAS DONE. GAVE IT BACK TO ME ,NOW MY PROBLEM. NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS IN MY LOCAL DEALER SERVICE DEPT. OFF AND ON FOR WEEKS AT A TIME. MANY PROBLEMS. CALLED MARTINS SEVERAL TIMES AND NO RESOLUTION. SINCE 2ND WEEK OF DECEMEBER AND AS OF TODAY 3-24-21 -STILL AT DELAER AND IT DOES NOT RUN- MARTIN'S REFUSES TO MAKE THIS WRIGHT- WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE- I PAID $34000 AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT- I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY ESCALADE LONGER THAN I'VE BEED ABLE TO DRIVE IT.

2004 Jeep
