I purchased a used 2010 CC volkswagen for my first car and it is very promising. They fixed a few things before I bought it and were very nice. They knew what they were talking about.

I knew what I was looking for when coming here but Rodney and Jim were both very helpful and quick in letting us look at the car and asking if we had any questions. They were very nice and I'd feel good about recommending someone to look here for a car with their help.

In 2015, both my wife and I had two wonderful buying experiences in less than two weeks with Jim and Rodney at United Auto! You can still see my comments from those purchases on about page 13 of the Cars.com reviews. Simply stated, working with them to buy those cars was the most comfortable, professional, easy, non-stressful, and pleasant car buying experience I have ever had (and I am 69 years old). Then and there, I vowed to contact them first whenever I needed to buy another car, because I knew that this dealership was special. So, after an accident that unfortunately totaled my car a few weeks ago, I immediately contacted United. I am pleased to say that last week I bought my third car from United, because once again my experience with them was exceptional. Jim, Rodney, and the entire United Auto team have my highest possible recommendation. They are great!! And when the next time comes that I need to buy yet another car (hopefully not soon), I will be going back to them again!

This past weekend, I bought a gold Honda CRV as with the help of my uncle, and Jim, the owner. He was so friendly and accommodating to my needs. All of the cars on his lot are in fantastic shape and the CRV I purchased is in basically pristine condition. Thanks to Jim, I was able to drive the car back to UConn the same day I bought it. He knows his stuff! I highly recommend this place and I will be referring my friends and family there as well.

We were looking for a good used awd car. Took the 2010 Nissan Rogue for a ride and decided it was exactly what we were looking for. Jim was great to work with considering it took a little longer to get our loan from our credit union because our loan officer was recouping from covid. The car was completely detailed when picked up. On Tues. 3/2/2021 I was driving by the United Auto with my daughter when she spotted a maroon chevy camaro. Since she was looking for a vehicle for college and since she saved her money, we decided to stop. Met with Robbie, who was extremely polite and professional, and recieved answers to all our questions before we test drove the camaro. On our return Jim met us at the door because Robbie was busy. Again we were met with professional courtesy. Jim explained pricing and additional fees, so we bought the vehicle right there and drove it home. In summary, at United Auto we recieved service above and beyond. So next time you are in the market for a vehicle, give them a try, you will not regret it. P.S. their vehicles are clean and fully inspected and serviced and ready for the road.
