I have been coming here for auto/service/repairs since 2019. This place consistently has the best service. this is HANDS DOWN the best place to get auto work/service done. My car was side swiped while parked, they discussed several options for repair. They also helped me discuss possible preventative measures for the future. Brianna helped me find a place to install a dash cam with front and rear camera motion activated while vehicle is parked. I love this dealership so much. The waiting area is very comfortable; several comfortable tables to work at; great internet; AND hot drinks which include herbal teas.

Service was prompt with no surprises. All systems & measurements were addressed & answered. Short wait and car in good order. Will visit again as dealer knows my car.

Kyle checked us in & was very nice & a pleasure to deal with. We trust our Toyota dealership wherever we go. On the road we always look for a Toyota dealer if we break down. Our sienna has 186,000 miles and still going strong.

I’ve had lots of issues getting my Nissan serviced at both of the Nissan dealerships in grand rapids. Since I used to own an Avalon, I contacted Bruce to see if I could get a tune up. He is always so professional and positive and he scheduled it for within a couple of days. I used the shuttle service and the driver, Bob also was very courteous and kind. I highly recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids. My next car will almost certainly be a Toyota!
