Awesome service

Awesome customer service, extremely happy with their work, easy to schedule visit, was kept informed of progress. I am really thrilled with my 1st Toyota hybrid

Best Service Possible Toyota GR MI

I have been coming here for auto/service/repairs since 2019. This place consistently has the best service. this is HANDS DOWN the best place to get auto work/service done. My car was side swiped while parked, they discussed several options for repair. They also helped me discuss possible preventative measures for the future. Brianna helped me find a place to install a dash cam with front and rear camera motion activated while vehicle is parked. I love this dealership so much. The waiting area is very comfortable; several comfortable tables to work at; great internet; AND hot drinks which include herbal teas.

Great customer service, and did the service in a great, efficient timeframe. The waiting area was clean, and comfortable during the wait. Will be returning for future service needs

Exceptional Service

Kyle Kohl in service is straight forward. They were swamped and overbooked which he told me up front and provided an estimated time. Great news is they completed prior to. Thanks Kyle.

Great service

I’ve had lots of issues getting my Nissan serviced at both of the Nissan dealerships in grand rapids. Since I used to own an Avalon, I contacted Bruce to see if I could get a tune up. He is always so professional and positive and he scheduled it for within a couple of days. I used the shuttle service and the driver, Bob also was very courteous and kind. I highly recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids. My next car will almost certainly be a Toyota!
