Had to have the brakes bled to remove air from the brake line ASAP. Ron in the service department got us in right away to get it fixed. Very reasonable cost. fast service plus an over all check of our car's condition. He explained what all they found and how it was now safe to drive.

Had a very good experience. Only negative was getting a tire to replace a tire with a slow leak. That took some time and some effort to get the information & communication so that I could come in at the right time to get it done. Overall Toyota of Grand Rapids does a very good job in my experience.

Greeted quickly and pleasantly. Reviewed services my car needed that visit with associated cost plus ordered a part for future repair. Friendly staff and clean garage/wait area.

Service advisor was new and did not seem well informed about my service results and my parts order status. He gave me different information than the manager did. After the oil change, there appears to be drops of oil on garage floor

Like the prompt service. My appointment was for 9AM. Took care of the paperwork and turned over the key by 8:50. Staff was friendly. Took a little over an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Two employees both told me that they are looking forward to the expanded service center that is soon to open. They expect wait times to improve. Meanwhile the waiting area is clean with a nice coffee bar.

Facilities are clean and comfortable. Cooper did a great job of checking me in and answering my questions. Work was done in a timely fashion.

Disappointed, I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. I was there before 1:30 and I did not get out of there till 3:40 , I figured I’d be there Max an hour, the most it should take 40 minutes to change oil in rotate the tires.

Simply Great place to do the service, buy cars… what not friendly staff… good ambiance… internet service.. good coffee… child play place … I have not done car services any other place in GR
