I have taken my cars to Toyota of Newport since moving to OR in 2018. I love the convenience of being able to make appointments for service ahead of time and the work is always completed in a timely manner. I will continue to have my car serviced here in the future.

Jennifer was great to work with! She made the process seamless and very accommodating to our busy schedule, considering we lived 2.5hrs away from the dealership. She was efficient in getting the answers and getting the deal done remotely! She took the application, got us an approval and trade in evaluation over the phone! She even drove to our home to get our physical signatures for the closing docs! That was impressive! All I had to do was pick up my new truck at the dealership. That was it! She was patient, not pushy and no xx sales pitch. Definitely recommend Jennifer!

Excellent experience beginning to end. Eric reached out the minute what we were looking for came in and walked us through our options in a clear, friendly manner. We were able to meet with Jennifer on a Sunday (we live in Portland) and she graciously walked us through every step of the process. Our family drove in the perfect new (to us) Rav4 feeling very happy!

I arrived 20 minutes early, and they took my Tacoma in right away. I waited for only about 30 minutes and it was ready. I had planned to be there most of the afternoon. I was also surprised that I didn't need an oil change until 10,000 miles. It was only at 4500 and I was accustomed to doing it after 3000. I guess I'm old school. This is my first new truck. Thanks guys!
