Mike Ficenec made the process so easy going from one

Mike Ficenec made the process so easy going from one lease to another which can be a stressful situation. He had everything prepared ahead of time and ready to go when I got there and offering a follow-up in a couple weeks for asking further questions I may have after driving the car for a while. Also, Dario was excellent when coming to the finance end of the process. I appreciated the feeling of helpfulness and honest relationship I have come to have with Baxter Toyota.
