We purchased a 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid. We had our last Highlander for 11 years and are enjoying the upgraded features of the new model. Adam Holland was great to work with. He kept me informed as the vehicle was in production and was responsive with any questions I had. He was honest with his answers and made the process easy. We just purchased a new 2025 RAV4 and kept our current 2017 RAV4 in the family---we gave it to our daughter. We've pretty much only had Toyotas since the early 1980's including Sienna and Camry models. Our recent purchase was smooth and easy and we are pleased with the vehicle purchased.
