Sarah Richards - best service writer I have had in many years. I stopped going there due to poor service and arrogant condescending behavior from service writer at that time. Because Sarah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate, I will start bringing my Highlander back there for service.

Great service writer. Sarah Richards was extremely helpful and very personable. Dan the shop foreman was his usual professional self. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

It was on August 9th 2024 that we took delivery of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE. It was our first experience with purchasing a vehicle from the Lia Toyota of Colonie Dealership. Tom Pottenburg was our salesperson. Tom went above and beyond with making the entire purchase process trouble free and pleasant for us. Tom is without a doubt a valuable asset to the Lia Toyota Dealership. The Dealership’s technology specialist Andrew Small is an exceptionally outgoing person and extremely tech savvy. Andrew was very patient in taking the time to explain every feature of the RAV4’s technology to us in its entirety. Andrew is also a true asset to the Lia Toyota Dealership.

I had my car serviced last Monday.
I had my car serviced last Monday. Alot needed to be done and we lost power due to a storm. I stayed and the power came back..the car was serviced and I feel happy about the attention taken to make the car very safe. Sarah Richard's was great in communication and making me feel a valued customer. I trust her and therefore trust the service I am getting. Thank you.
