Frank Fletcher Toyota

Once again I find the Fletcher organization has problems with customer service. What appears to be lacking is the comprehension is that a customer no matter their credit rating is the reason your organization is in business. I am not saying this is true of all your sales department. In fact, I was driven to Arkansas by one no longer there to make the deal happen after being be burnt by Frank Fletcher Ford. The point I am trying to make is your sales department needs some guidance in follow-up. If you say you will do something, good customer service dictates you should do just that no matter the outcome. This is the second and last time the Fletcher group has made me feel like my business is not good enough.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Josh Jones was incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and did not try to pressure me into anything. Not only did Frank Fletcher offer me the best deal, the customer service was impeccable. The price I was quoted on for my new truck did not change once I got to the dealership and they got me in and out very quickly. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. As part of the new car buying experience, when my car insurance was verified the in house Allstate agent named Debbie was able to save me $144 a month on my insurance by switching to Allstate, I'm very grateful for her! This is a clean well oiled machine here! Mr. Fletcher should be commended for his attention to detail!! Everyone like family. It is apparent all the workers there want to be there! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Experience as a whole excellent! No pressure! Ever! From the time you drive on the lot til you drive off in your new vehicle or leave in the same one, you have been treated with care and respect. We came from out of town to buy here and would not change a thing and would do it again in a heartbeat! Our salesman Chris Lee treated us with kindness !Excellent job Fletcher Toyota! Honestly if not for the salesman mr mark pulliam we would not have purchased a vehicle on that saturday. We were not ready to do so,but after visiting with us for a bit he took us right to what we were interested in. Then he introduced us to an amazing staff of people to seal the deal quickly and efficiently. And oh this mango charger is bad xxx too!
