Small mishaps and miscommunications

Upon not delivering my vehicle as promised after a service, to messing up the MSO, I would consider revamping communication and accountability. Not a big deal but a simple gesture of calling the customer goes a long way.

Salesman

Best car experience we have ever had. Salesman was very professional and not pushy. He knew a lot about vechile which helped our process. Finance process was also easy.

Oil change 2011 camry

I just popped in. They got me in with no appt before hrs. I had short wait and they would have taken me to work at mercy

Worth the Drive

Quality dealership. Bought my Toyota from them and use them for service. 70 mile trip one way and well worth it! Everyone I’ve interacted with are quality people, and Ashley in service is awesome- Highly recommended, Gary

Excellent service!

I had excellent service since the moment I went to Fletcher. Chris Lee was wonderful to work with, the financing was quick and easy, the service department is fabulous, and I love my Camry and the price! Great dealership and wonderful car! Thank you!

Money stolen-rude

Went in for scheduled service, money stole from my console. Money was confirmed to be there by two people before dropping off. Money was gone when picked up. Dealership was rude about the entire issue and said their people wouldn’t steal, but they did. Didn’t offer anything; actually the guy seemed happy when he told me they were going to “absolutely nothing” to make it up to me. Subsequently, have heard from several other friends/family with similar poor experiences at this dealership. I would strongly recommend against this dealership. Also, when I bought my new Highlander, another dealership beat their price by thousands.

Misc. Service

Requested clear low tire pressure light and change seat belt alarm time, neither was done. Other scheduled services were done as requested. This is first failure in many visits.

Second to none

Top of the line experience from purchase to service.Will drive 40 miles anytime for this well worth it. Fantastic accommodating service department and sales staff.

Fantastic service

Friendly staff and great service. I dealt with Mike and Steve for an oil change. They were both very helpful and professional. Wait time was minimal.
