Warm and empathetic

We loved our experience here mostly because of Beth. A warm and empathetic employee. We bought a certified pre-owned Camry. Wide range of vehicles to choose from.

Terrible service experience

I waited more then few weeks before he got back to me. And I called four times in between to make an appointment to get something fixed. finally after all this time, when I got there to get the work done, he gave me really filthy car as a loaner to drive and he would refuse to give me another car. Not happy with them at all. Would not recommend to anyone to go there

Husband of a hagler, My wife is the owner of a new camry.

My wife loved her Camry(144000 MILES) And did not want to give it up. Her line was I will never find something as good as this. She searched up and down the price range.We drove all types and models, new and used. I did not care what she purchased, so long as she was happy. We are regular Dayton customers(four cars purchased for family) and have always been satisfied with service and reliability. Their sales people are not pushy, which is a real turn off for us. They know their products and do not phone stalk you, if you stop in. Well ,after an extensive search, through out central jersey, we went back to Dayton. Dezmond, our sales rep, was fantastic. Not pushy, knowledgeable, and friendly. He sealed the deal for us. Now my wife is happy again, I'm not driving from dealer to dealer. And my wife even refers her friends(who purchased) to our man, Dezmond. We are very satisfied customers.

Regular service appointment plus tires

I had my regular service appointment (45000 miles) which was scheduled very easily. Turns out I needed new tires. Because of that whole appointment lasted three hours which I was able to do. But if I had not, I am sure I could have scheduled another appointment soon. Services associate kept me informed along the way. Everyone is polite.

Excellent service

I found this Dayton Toyota after pissed of by another toyota dealer. I am so satisfied with the service from dayton toyota. They don't recommend the service which is not necessary.

5k service

Service was done so fast and the people there are courteous. Would reccomend to friends and neighbors. Closer to home than the dealer where the car was boufgt.

Done as promised

Basic oil change and just wiper blades and two filters. Dayton Toyota has always serviced this car and it's a 2002 and going strong.
