Excellent Service.

Oil Change for Toyota Camry

I brought my Toyota Camry in for an oil change on August 30, 2014. I was greeted warmkly by laura, service advisor. Laura looked up vehicle information and handed me a printed form to sign. She welcomed us to sit in the lounged. Within 30 minutes Laura called my name and told me that everyting was completed. She said that car brakes and tires & fluids were fine. Laura made me feel like a valued customer even though this service was just an oil change. I have previously purchased many vehicles from this dealership, but on August 30 I just came in for an oil change.

10,000 mile service

I brought my Rav 4 in for the 10,000 mile service. In total it took about 1 hour. Great service and all there are very helpful and friendly.

Super Service

Excellent service experience. I always wish prices were lower, but the quality of the work and warranties make a huge difference. I received both an email and phone confirmation of my appointment. As well, callback regarding the repair and estimate was prompt, and once the car was ready, communication was super. Everything was clearly explained to me and when I mentioned I was on a budget, the service manager paid attention. Tom also listened thoroughly to my assessment of what was going wrong and wrote that on my invoice for the mechanic. They provided shuttle service back home for me and also came to pick me up when my car was ready. This is the place to go for Toyota service!

Friendly

I like Toyoda dealership. My salesperson Jennifer Frantino is the nicest person that I dealt with. I would recommend her to my friends & family . I like her very much .

Dayton pre-owned experience

I found a pre owned vehicle on cars.com that was advertised at Dayton Toyota. My experience with the salesman Tom, was exceptional. The experience of buying a car can always be stressful, but Tom and Dayton Toyota did their best to make it as easy as possible. I drove 60 miles to this dealership because Dayton had the specific vehicle I wanted. They advertised the vehicle well and I purchased the vehicle that night. I would use them again!

Excellent quality of service

Service was to fulfill a recall order on 2007 RAV4. Appointment was made promptly. On day of repair the service rep was very courteous and explained clearly the work that was to be done. I was additionally provided with a loaner car for the duration of the repair. The work was completed on time as prompted. On my return to pick up my car, Service rep took me to my car and explained to me additional work that may have to be done without pressuring me to have it done right away. I am extremely comfortable with the explanations and will go back to Dayton Toyota when I am ready to repair those 2 problems.
