I walked in knowing I wanted a VW. Sam helped me through the entire process. He didn’t pressure me to get anything. Gave me many options on comparing the Passat and the Jetta. Helped me narrow my choices and ultimately choosing the PERFECT vehicle for me!!!! The dealer ship was clean, bright, and welcoming. They also offered snacks for the wait!!! I walked in at 9:30 left at 11. At 1pm I was walking back in to purchase my vehicle and around 2pm I was driving off the lot in my new vehicle. Thanks SAM!!!!

I was discouraged by the lack of enforcement of our state's facemask policy. Several other customers were seated within 6 feet of me and each other and were not wearing face masks. I had to stand outside to feel safe.

I recently purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport through Boucher Volkswagen in Franklin. I worked with Luis Veguilla who was great. I shopped for the exact model that I purchased at two different Volkswagen dealers and made it clear during the process that I preferred to get as many elements of the deal ironed out over e-mail, so that I wouldn't have to be at the dealer all day on the day of actual purchase. Luis was super communicative, arranged for me to test drive again on his day off, and answered many questions in advance. On the day of purchase - I had an appointment at 6 pm - and I was signed, sealed, delivered and out the door by 720 pm. Very good experience - I highly recommend!
