I semi hesitantly bought my truck from a "small dealer" back in February. I recently returned from a vacation in NC where it was put through the test. It's now May and I just had it's first oil change. A few imperfections but overall very satisfied. I would definitely go back to purchase my next vehicle. The prices are good and the sales staff like has been said before were definitely laid back and not driving me crazy while I made my decision.

Extremely happy with the whole process! I will definitely be going back there eventually for my wife’s next vehicle, and will 100% be pushing people to give them a shot in the future.

I went into North Coast Auto looking for a truck to tow a recently purchased travel trailer. Jared was awesome. He gave me what I was looking for on my trade in. He showed me how the auto dealers value trade in vehicles and even knocked down the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. There was a small problem with the steering wheel display controls and they fixed it no questions asked. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better car buying experience! Tray was wonderful! I was able to take a long, solitary test drive in a BMW which has always been the car of my dreams. Much to my amazement, I discovered that I was not going to be happy with the comfort level of the seats. If it hadn't been for this test drive I wouldn't have known that I wasn't going to be happy in this car! I have since found a Cadillac XT5 which I absolutely love!!! So thank you for your easy going nature and your helpfulness! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!!!!!
