My experience at Bonneville and Sons was absolutely first class! the Used Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased was gone thru top to bottom and delivered in amazing condition. The customer service provided was top notch.

The people at Bonneville were most helpful especially Ashlie Roche, she did an outstanding job. Answer all my questions, was very familiar with the Ram truck I was interested in. She gave me the deal I was looking for. It was a very stress fee experience.

He is very caring, and compassionate and you can tell he loves his job! He will go the "Extra Mile" to make sure that you are satisfied! I have nothing but great experiences with this dealership over the years. I bought my 2008 Jeep Liberty from them in December of 2007 and I just recently purchased two new vehicles from them in the last four months. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in April of this year and just the other day I traded in my old 2008 Liberty for a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck. The salesperson (Louie Trudeau) I dealt with on both purchases was more than understanding of what I was looking for and where I wanted to be price wise. He was thorough in going over both vehicle purchases and showing me all the in's and out's for both during my test drives. The went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and there was never any pressure with either sale. I will continue to go back to them each time I am ready for an upgrade.

First off, I hate car shopping, and car salespeople are a close first.... lol. After driving my 2007, 158K mile SUV into the dirt, I had to admit defeat and started to look for a more reliable vehicle. I had purchased from Bonneville YEARS ago and remembered a pleasant experience (one of very few with car dealerships). I called Rick on Tuesday, met up with him late that evening and drove home with a sweet looking 2012 Jeep Liberty on Wednesday. This is one of my all time best experiences in getting a vehicle. Little to no time at all was spent in the dealership. Easy, quick, done!! LOVE IT!! Thanks Rick!
