Great experience

Great fast service. I do recommend the advisor Mostafa Hasan. He was a great help and made sure my car was serviced properly and in a short time.

It was GREAT

Car buying experience that was personalized and seamless

Zack made this purchase experience ‘painless and very smooth’ (which is usually not the case when car shopping) he went above and beyond to find the exact car/specs that I wanted and when car arrived from another dealer was not to acceptable standards of Zack’s dealership quickly found another vehicle and brought in and had ready same day Everyone at dealership during initial visit and on day of purchase was focused on making sure my needs were being met and timely addressed

Amazing as always

I’ve bought a few vehicles from Hank at this dealership. He is always great to work with. Very friendly. Knows how to make a deal. Knows how to take care of his customers while also making the deal. Finance nightmare

I walked into Courtesy Toyota to review options for a pickup truck and was shown a 2016 Tundra with 4000 miles. All went well with the sales and I like the Tundra. I would never recommend Courtesy because of the Finance Deptartment and thier Deceitful Practices. I dealt with Lazarus. I mentioned financing through Suncoast Credit Union. He tried to put my loan with a bank at 6.7%. I again repeated that I am a long member of Suncoast and that is where I want the financing. Further, Suncoast approved me with 4.5% credit. He showed me that Suncoast name was on the document. At which time he left the room and returned with more documents. I now know he switched the document I was originally shown. I caught this the following day and personally went back to him. He assured me that it is with Suncoast. I checked with Suncoast several times in the following two weeks, they never received the package. I was told by Suncoast to go and demand it be completed before thirty days.I returned again and Lazarus was rude and short telling me to wait for the package to arrive at Suncoast Credit Union. Obviously Courtesy places the loan where they can receive incentives. Today I spoke with Lindsey Biswas the finance manager and she informed me there is nothing she can do... Be cautious signing where they point there fingers for you to sign. It was after 10:00pm and I trusted signing where Laz was showing me.... Never again will I trust without thoroughly reading. These guys make it hard for all dealers.

Quick turnaround time - seems to have improved recently

Nice new service area and quick turnaround time. Like the text message notifying work to be done as well as recommendations and choice of what I would like done on recommendations.
