I’m a young single mom, bmw in Athens had my x3 there for over a month. Picked it up thinking I wasn’t going to pick up a car now smoking from the back, worst than I came. After asking Lindsey and Johnathon told me if i didn’t leave they would call the cops to make me. I live not even 3 miles down the road from the dealership and broke down, in tears, car smoking, with a young child needed to be picked up (in what I thought was going to be a fixed and reliable car after being “worked on” for over a month… I call bmw while I was broke down and received a response “we can’t help you and hung up”. I’m lost of words. I’m not the type to write negative comments but they deserve nothing positive after this ordeal. Now- I’m down a car, having to use every penny to get a rental for me and my child to get to work, school and the places NEEDED to be.

Brian Wilson was my contact in the service dept at Athens BMW on 7/28/25. He was very courteous & professional. I actually arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time but he took me right in, processed the paperwork & had my vehicle taken away to the service area. I appreciated the prompt attention and will certainly return to Athens BMW & ask for Brian.
