Even though l have not bought a car as of yet

Even though l have not bought a car as of yet ,,,,,,,these people are the best of the best !!! No would you or could you stuff or the old game of what the boss says The cars are all spot less clean,,,, priced very fairly and the sales people are kind an helpful . Excellent experience and service!

Excellent experience and service!! No haggling and no nonsense. They helped me get a loan with a low payment and interest rate!!! I will definitely buy a luxury car from them again!!!

Thank you Vaughn Motor Group

I would like to recognize the exceptional service I just received at Vaughn Motor Group on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville. My wife and I are downsizing and upon researching online, we thought this would be a good time to sell our Nissan Murano and get out from under the loan. I was amazed as soon as we walked in; there was no one waiting to give us a sales pitch. Instead we were asked if we could be helped and we said we wanted to speak to Manager Dan King. We explained what we wanted to do and he asked how much we were looking to get for the car, after which he took the keys and checked it out. He walked back in, said he could do it and within 20 minutes we walked out with the loan paid off (in progress) and a check for the balance! I would recommend Vaughn to anyone who is looking to do business with a dealership that provided us with excellent service. Everyone we met was friendly and courteous. I have been skeptical of car dealerships for a long time and I have to say that Vaughn Motor Group is not in the same category as those I have dealt with in the past! Thank you Dan King and everyone else at Vaughn Motor Group!

I love my Corvette

I purchased "the prettiest car in Jacksonville," a 2014 Corvette Stingray in October. I got it for a fair price and got blue book for my trade in. The dealer got me financing for 90% of the purchase price under satisfactory terms. I felt like I got great attention from my sales guy, Mike, and he found me exactly the vehicle for which I was looking.

My name is Marty I live in northwest Ohio I bought a 1998 corvette from Vaughn motorgroup in Jax. Florida I dealt with Raul Sorbet and I had to put total trust in him because I did not have time to go to Florida to check it out! Raul was completely honest and did everything he could to make my wife and I comfortable with the process and the vette was exactly what we expected and we also talked with Dan King and Christine Vaughn and everyone at Vaughn motorcars was honest and very helpful! I have purchased numerous cars from Dan (including 2 corvettes, Mercedes Benz, 2 Lexus and several others). They have always been more than fair and have gone the extra mile to ensure that I keep coming back (which I will). Always beautiful cars. A pleasure to work with.

1957 Thunderbird

I was very pleased to work with Steve Sepic on the purchase of a beautiful 1957 Thunderbird. The entire process was a Breeze. After completing most of the deal through E-mail and the telephone, I came down from Colorado to finish the deal. Do your homework

Good place to go if you want to get fleeced. Do your homework on car values by checking Kelley Blue Book or other sites for values. I learned a very expensive lesson, which should have been obvious: do not trust a used car salesman.

Terrible

Bought car without realizing there was no rear view camera. Salesman didn’t disclose how basic a model this car was. Tried to return car next day and they dismissed us out of hand. To add Insult to injury, car didn’t even have a full tank of gas.

Not particularly negotiable; but found a good car

Worked with Steve Sepic and found him to be personable and agreeable although I could not pay the price I had initially wanted due to the manager push-back. I was able to negotiate a slight discount on the car and decided that over the next 10 years of driving the car (hopefully) that the extra price would not matter that much since I intend to drive the car till the wheels fall off. Despite this, I was still pleased overall with the shopping experience. It was important that I obtain a car with the least hassle possible after having such a negative experience at another dealership. The deal was done with lightning speed with no fake- fee padding added. I took delivery the next morning. My mechanic notified me that both the front and rear bumpers had been either repainted and/or replaced but in his opinion there was no serious internal damage to the car. Perhaps just a cosmetic replacement.The Car fax did not reflect any reported accidents, so be aware. Some issue with the brakes pulsating at high speeds that I will perhaps pursue with the warranty offered.
