Mac Haik Flowood

This was the first time I’ve ever bought a vehicle all by myself. And God sent me to Mac Haik for a reason. Mr. Larry Snow and the whole staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and well-informed through the whole process. They took the time to hear my needs, wants, concerns, etc. Not once did I feel like they were "just trying to sell me car" nor did I feel pressured to buy. Mr. Larry is top-notch and would definitely recommend him and Mac Haik!

What I liked most was my salesman ROBERT! He was soooo professional and personal. I recently went through a bad experience with a friend buying from someone else at that dealership but Robert took the time to make our experience OUR experience. He always knew my name, offered me water and coffee BEFORE i bought anything. He stayed in constant communication with me. We talked about things OTHER than the car. He worked with me even with my not great credit score. And even after receiving the car days later, he messaged me telling me Merry Christmas. I recommend Robert to anybody and he deserves his highest honors.

My Advisor, Kim Graves, was courteous and kept me informed about the progression of my vehicles service. It was a pleasure working with her and I hope to be able to continue using her as my Advisor.

My salesperson, Jessica Borrouso, and General Sales Manager, Parker, were terrific. Shelby assisted me with what steps to take to get my cracked windshield fixed, which happened less than a week after I drove off the lot. She wants me to bring it in tomorrow morning.
