Awesome dealership to work with.

Awesome dealership to work with. Would highly recommend The Highline Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle without any of the hassles that you get from other dealerships. From test drive to the final purchase everything was very smooth which made it a pleasant transaction. Love these guys!!!

The whole experience was very positive.

The whole experience was very positive. All the people were friendly and professional. Have had the car now over a week. It’s everything that I hoped it would be.

Tried to contact the dealer to let them know that the

Tried to contact the dealer to let them know that the milage on their Ad versus the actual milage was 160k difference (mistakes happen). Person on the phone was short tempered. Cut me off to blame cars.com for the error and generally defensive refusing to let me even finish a sentence. If this is how a dealer deals with a prospective customer I don't want to find out how they deal with ACTUAL customers who have an issue after the sale. There are two kinds of listeners. The ones who listen to understand and fix a problem and those who listen to find points to argue back. I was on the phone with someone from the second camp.

Great dealership !

Great dealership !!! This was my first time doing an interstate vehicle purchase. Liam and John made the whole transaction seamless. I'm over 600 miles away and they made me feel as though I was sitting in the show room. The Highline Group was very knowledgeable and transparent. The quality and condition of the automobile was better than the photos and description. I highly recommend !!!

I would like to commend and recommend the high line group

I would like to commend and recommend the high line group all around. From the minute we walked in to test drive a car, all the staff were extremely helpful, informative friendly and definitely not pushy. The staff included sales with Rocky, Liam, John and Charlie in management , Woody with finance and Chris,in service department ,who went above and beyond. I had a few minor issues after I bought the vehicle, but Chris in service fixed it in a very timely and precise manner. Rocky Chris and John called me several times to made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They made it so easy to purchase my Lexus that I love!

Absolutely fantastic experience

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban. Liam and John were fantastic. Amazing is an understatement. I did not know there are actually car dealerships anymore that go this above and beyond and as pleasurable to deal with. A+++++++++
