After a disappointing and expensive trip to a dealership in Texas to buy a truck that turned out to be too good to be true, we started looking again in Wisconsin for a truck to pull a new camper. Unfortunately, we were not able to find anything close to home. After widening our search to include Illinois, we found a white F350 at Motorsource that met our criteria. From our first phone call through to visiting the dealership and making our purchase, these guys were good to deal with. The truck turned out to be from Texas! It was a good end to a long search. Lesson learned!

Easy to deal with, no haggle purchase. Bought a used F250 from Motorsource (Chris).....very professional, detail oriented....one of the better buying experiences I've had. The Truck I purchased was a 2010 fleet vehicle from NM. After inspecting from top to bottom, driving....was impressed with the lack of rust.....none! It's a used Truck, expected some problems/wear ....but surprised at how good of shape it was (fleet vehicles typically are well maintained, actually showed on car fax report all work done). Happy with vehicle. I would recommend these guys to any used truck buyer.

Once I bought the truck never heard from them except to contact the finance company for some additional info. After I bought my truck I washed it and low and behold the windshield leaked. If they washed it, which I'm sure they did they would have known about the leak. So obviously they didn't care and just sold it knowing the problem with out saying any thing. I would never buy a vehicle from this place again nor would I suggest any body else too.

This dealer was awesome to work with. We bought a used truck from these guys about 6 months ago and so far its been great with no issues. Chris handled my paperwork and it took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The truck I got was from Colorado so had no rust and it was very clean in and out. Both Chris and the other guy (never got his name?) were nice guys and easy to work with. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a truck.

They never returned a call or Email, looks like if you don't show up in person they don't care about you. That may speak volumes about there customer service or lack there of !!!

We purchased a SUV here. It was a fleet vehicle from the US Forest Service (used fleet vehicles are their focus). We were looking for more of a utility vehicle for our family and it was by far the best value for our money. Plus it had great performance related upgrades since it was a fleet vehicle v a standard issue model. Chris was great to work with; very easy and simple buying process. We found a minor issue and they repaired it in a day for us. We will definitely come back to Motorsource for our next vehicle.

Despite being a small used car dealer specializing in used fleet vehicles, we found a private owner car which was very well maintained and priced very reasonably. General Manager Chris Gooden made for an extremely pleasant sales process in that he was forthright with information including the clean Carfax report. He was also very accommodating in allowing us to take the vehicle for an extended period of time for our evaluation and a mechanic's. In order to meet or exceed our expectations, he also provided us with some fixes as well as additional pricing concessions for the car's few, relatively minor shortcomings. In summation, we found that Chris and the rest of the staff at Motorsource (which we learned was a close family business) to be most pleasant, honest and not pushy in any way to make a sale. When we need to purchase another quality used vehicle in the future, we will not hesitate to first check with the fine people at Motorsource for anything they may have that would fit our needs!
