It took 3 times to fix what was wrong with my car. Staff was courteous and accommodating when I had an issue. Thought about going to a different Ford dealership next time but will try Gary Yoemans next time.

I had a good experience and did not feel overly

I had a good experience and did not feel overly pressured, as is often the case at a car dealership. Once I decided I wanted the car and settled on a price, waiting on the paperwork process took longer than I expected, but all staff was courteous throughout the car-buying experience.
