Amazing sales experience! Couldn't rate it higher. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through all the features and benefits of the Subaru Ascent. One of our buying decisions was made due to his professionalism and knowledge of the SUV.

Went in for an oil change that took 2 hrs and 40 mins.
Went in for an oil change that took 2 hrs and 40 mins. I was told an hour to 1-1/2 when I got there after making an appt online. I understand the situation and you need some time due to uncertainty, but this was crazy. I could have taken my care to a quick lube center and drove less time to get there. But, the car came from your dealership brand new and this was the first oil change. I suggest that there is better communication through the process as I had nobody update me except for a little lady walking around saying - "oh sir, you have been here a while - can I get you anything?" I said, "Yesm my vehicle and that was 2-1/2 hrs in the process. Not impressed at all. The bad part is - its a new vehicle and should be maintained by the dealer. I have limited choices due to Subaru has SO MANY dealers around ATL and NE, GA.

Excellent Sales Experience
Just purchased a 2023 Outback XT and it could not have been any easier. My sales rep, Jody Vaughn, was honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The whole thing took less than two hours. Love the car!

They kept my vehicle for 5 days to perform a diagnostic;
They kept my vehicle for 5 days to perform a diagnostic; provided a very questionable rationale for not performing warranty work; phone contact with service department is poor - system leads to voice mails and unreturned messages; customer service rep difficult to contact; currently experiencing a problem with vehicle as a potential result of work performed; cost-value ration is poor.
