Katie was great

Katie was great, very patient as I shopped for a truck. She was professional and organized. Katie made sure she understood what I would be using the truck for to make sure it would meet my needs and do everything I ask of it. We sat in several trucks and drove a few, we discussed total price, monthly payments, available rebates, and what to expect on every truck we looked at. She was very patient and it was a pleasant experience throughout the whole process. The financing was easy, Jeremy was great also, being self employed sometimes makes it a little more challenging, but Jeremy shopped rates and I had several banks to choose from. I would recommend Katie to anyone.

Decided I wanted a new truck and the transaction was flawless. Tha salesman,manager and finance dept were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will buy from Coughlin Newark again.

I had trouble with my car warranty Concord Auto being dishonest and my service technician Brad and his boss went the extra mile speaking with them. It didn't do much good, but that isn't Coughlin's fault... But I think it is important to note they went the extra mile and did everything they could for me. I would definitely recommend using them because they put customers first!

Excellent Customer Service

Awesome experience

Very friendly. Brad Richards took care of me on this, my first visit to Coughlin Chevrolet. Fast. Kept up to date. Finished in a timely manner. Waiting room was nice. after explaining my issue, he got it covered as well. Highly recommend.

Vindictive letter, Coughlin Newardk OH

Posted a negative review of sales experience at Coughlin Auto, Newark OH, about what I considered to be a Bait and Switch sales tactic. Then 2 months later, I get a vindictive letter with ridiculous claims about my credit. In the first place, I did not apply for credit through them, so there was no reason for them to run my credit. In the second place, I have excellent credit with a credit score of 848, and a good job. I am now going to send a copy of their letter and my review to the Better Business Bureau, as well as contact corporate. In my opinion, this is a form of harassment from this dealer.
