1990 f250
i was offered a great deal for the "works" for my diesel truck back in July. the coupon had no expiration and i brought it in with me and the service dept honored it. the mechanic looked at a few extra issues that i asked for because the truck had been on a long rough trip. the truck runs noticeably better and i was, as always treated very well. although i miss Tim, i thoroughly enjoy dealing with Arielle and Victor.

Going the extra mile
Had a problem with my brakes. Areli was able to not only look up my information, she looked up the part on my car and was able to find an extended warranty so that I didn't have to pay a dime. She estimated that it might be 3 days before they could get my car in to work on, as they were really busy, but the warranty covered a rental, which she made all the arrangements for. They were able to get my car in the next day, and it runs beautifully. The customer service at this dealership has always been top notch in all my dealings with not only the service department but the sales staff also. Great bunch of people.

Victor was professional and pleasant. Described the problem and solution clearly. Was able to work vehicle repair into schedule so as to have my vehicle back same day. This was important as this was an unscheduled repair that needed immediate attention and not my usual maintenance work. Appreciate the attention to my needs.

Only from the best
Walked inside needing a car, met a series of problems, but for edith and glens people it was no trouble at all. When you walk into a building one your unfamiliar with and those who are there not only offer there services however they sacrifice their time and even at the cost of missing meals- it is quite humbling. Believe when i say they are the ipitome of what it means to sell cars- im so accustomed to the oiled slick car salesman but with this it was a new experience altogether. Iv never been so satisfied with customer care and if i could sell my car just to go back i qoute "i believe i would" although it isnt ideal of course haha. Joking aside their human beings who understand the individual problems everyone faces and with them i felt more than safe knowing god was using them as a medium to let me know id be alright- thank you glen and edith and everyone else in back operations, this will never forgotten- their hand picked individuals who raise the bar in the automotive industry- anyone who goes is more than lucky, they are blessed- sincerely Christopher granthem

I began my experience by receiving an online quote from Jefrey Mihedji. He was very responsive as we emailed each other back and forth. I ended up coming in for a test drive. Jefrey listened to what I was looking for and provided me feedback and other options that suited my needs. I ended up driving away that afternoon with a car that I believe is the best fit for what I needed and I was very satisfied with the purchase process. Jefrey also followed up with getting the car detailed on a separate date without me having to follow up with him.
