I'm surprised this place has bad reviews but I guess like any other place, all customers are different and some can be so difficult to make happy. I think the gentleman that works here do a FANTASTIC job! Last week I stopped in with a family friend who was car shopping. I don remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was extremely polite and had great customer service skills. My co- worker found a car she really liked with all the attributes she needed, we sat down and the sales guy helped us with the paperwork and finance details. He even took the liberty of emailing pictures of the car to her husband to see if he liked it. Two thumbs up for the service and the attention to detail!

Simple thanks Felix!

I hoped my experience with this dealership would be a pleasant one and indeed it was. My salesman was on point and answered all of my questions. The prices on the cars are good too and since I purchased my car, I couldn be happier. I drive a long way from college in upstate NY to home in NJ (~6hr ride) and I needed something reliable. Paying for college, honestly who can afford a problematic car. I was very content with my buy and just wrote this to say thanks to Felix for helping me make the right choice!

Great staff= great experience

I purchased a 2005 Jaguar S from twenty first Century Auto. I usually don write reviews but my sales rep. encouraged I write a review of my experience with this dealership, so if I had an issues, they could improve their services. Honestly, the only issue I had with these guys is that my appointment time got mixed up but evenso, when I arrived another sales representative accommodated my appointment and offered his assistance. The car I had previously to the one I purchased ended up going to my wife because her car needed to go. We invested so much money into getting it fixed and with over 100, 000 miles, the vehicle was beginning to constantly have problems so, she took my car and now I was in search of a replacement. We spent a couple of weekends going around to other dealerships to see what vehicle would interest us. I always dreamed of owning a Jaguar but never really thought that time would come. We already have an SUV for the family and I figured since I spend so much time driving back and forth for work purposes, it was time I invested the money into something I really wanted. Twenty 1st Century was the last dealership I stopped by. I went to the BMW right next to them and on my way out, I saw these guys and figured I would check the rides out. I looked at different cars along with a salesman and figured I would come back with my wife. When I called I spoke to a young lady and set up an appointment with a salesman for the car that interested me. I asked to make the appointment for 4pm and upon arrival the sales representative I had dealt with previously was busy but another very salesman named David assisted us. He was very well mannered, patient and encouraged us to test drive the car to make sure it was what we wanted. My wife really liked the car and for our family of three it was suitable. David took his time with us, answered our questions, offered us his personal opinion and stuck with us through the financial paperwork. The customer service was great and they offered us a better package then expected on the car without having to ask. I have driven the car to Pennsylvania and a couple times in the city as well as around NJ and I haven had a problem. Evenso, they told me if anything happened, they stood behind their vehicles and would fix anything that went wrong or replace the car if something were to occur. That made us feel very comfortable and really helped push us to make our ultimate decision. I have already recommended David and this dealership to a family member looking to purchase a car and I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase with a team that stands behind what they sell. Changing options

We went to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a certified pre-owned car that we had inquired about with Dalila.I first heard about 21 Century on the web, browsing through different web pages to find vehicles in our line of interest. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we test drove our origninal car of choice. After the test drive, we shifted gears and decided to test drive a bmw 650. Its a great car for the summer! Anthony our sales rep, did not push us towards either purchase, he simply showed us different options and gave us enough space to make our decisions. Inspite of being very knowledgable about cars, Anthony pointed out features we werent even aware of. The finance manager,Vadim (I think thats his name)was a pleasure to deal with. He offered some packages but wasn't persistant when I said no. All of the transactions didn't take very long. Because I would need out of state plates, it took a little longer then normal but I was offered beverages and was able to conduct my buisness on my laptop in their dining area. Great service

Shopping Around- 21st Century

Stopped by 21 Century dealership and my experience was very positive. The whole point of stopping in was to check out the place, I assume most people looking for a car do that too, or I hope they do! As I parked the car, I walked around the lot and looked at the cars outside. A salesman asked if I needed help and I simply told him I was just looking. Unlike other car salesman, he gave my space and I took my time to look at different vehicles. I had an idea of what I wanted but I wanted to see a variety of models they had. These guys have plenty of cars and they allowed me to test drive my top three picks. I didn feel pressured to buy and they took their time answering all of my questions. My sales rep helped me with the paperwork and I found the perfect car for me a 2009 Nissan Maxima. Very happy with the new car.

Very Content!

About a month ago, I was in an accident and unfortunately my car wastotaled. My insurance let me rent a car for a couple of weeks while theyfigured out what would happen with my car and the other persons insurancecovering the damage. WHAT A HASSLE!!! I was told my car was beyond repair andmy rental was beginning to run out so I began to check out differentdealerships. In the Princeton area (which is where we live) everything seems tobe more expensive. It always been easier to check out cars online, and thenif you see something you like, go check it out. Gas is getting too expensive todrive from dealership to dealership. Very often, I would call a dealership andeven if I asked a few questions, they wanted me to come in and see the car, I wassimply trying to get details about the vehicles before stopping by. I saw a carthat interested me on the 21 century website. I called and spoke to a younglady, whom I assume is the secretary, she transferred my call to a sales repnamed Bavesh. I think that how itspelled. He was very nice and gave me details on 3 different cars. I scheduledan appointment to stop by and he made himself available for the time that bestsuited me. The dealership is nice, the sales reps are friendly and Baveshwalked around with me to look at all of the cars that caught my interest. I wasnsure what I wanted, but I finally found an SUV that I really liked. My last carwas a Lexus and I rarely had problems with it so this time around I went with aLexus RX. I sat down with the finance manager and went over the details inorder to find a comfortable payment plan. Between the finance manager and thesales rep, I was very happy with their customer service and the SUV is reallynice for the deal they offered me. I wouldn hesitate to recommend this placeto anyone else looking to get a new or pre-owned car with a great dealership!

21 is where its at!

The experience of buying a new car should be smooth, pleasant and fun. That is exactly what my experience was like buying my car at 21 Century Auto Group. From having the car ready for me to look at and test drive, to taking their time to show me anything else that might have caught my interest. I would highly recommend 21 Century to anyone who is looking for a fantastic car purchase. Andrey was professional, honest with his feedback about each individual vehicle I looked at and kept the details straight with me. He listened to what I wanted in a car and the price range I had in mind. I purchased my BMW 5 series from these guys and would probably purchase again in the future.

Go with 21!

I a purchased used 2007 Honda Civic Si from 21 Century Auto Group. I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the friendliest and most professional manner your sales representitives treated us. I have to admit that purchasing a car at 21 century, with sales reps such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had while ever going car shopping! Our salesperson Felix took his time with us and was patient just to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, which we also purchased, with expert care and professionalism. I can honestly say that the experience of purchasing a car with your dealership changed my mind about hesitating to look at other places. You have a great sales department and your attention to each customer is appreciated. Would buy here again.

David @ 21 Century! THANKS!

We just bought a 2008 INFINITI FX35 from 21 Century Auto Group. This was our first Infiniti and our first time dealing with the staff at 21 Century. We had a wonderful experience from the second we arrived, to the moment we walked out as happy and content owners. Our salesman David, was friendly, courteous and very professional. What we liked most was that David was dedicated to finding a suitable vehicle for us at a price we could afford without having to settle for a vehicle that wasnt up to par. During our purchase, David helped us complete all of the paperwork and this time around all of it didnt seem like a hassle. Making a new purchase can sometimes seem so overwhelming but that was not the case with 21. I plan on reccomending this dealership to friends and family looking to purchase a new car with a great dealership. Thanks David and 21 Century!

Ended up purchasing here!

Went to different dealerships in search of a car, ended up purchasing with 21 Century Auto Group. My sales man David, was a great guy and got me my car for about $1500 less then the price it was on display for. Nice showroom, lots of choices to choose from and overall, ended up a happy man with the service this place offers and my new car a 2008 Lexus RX 350. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking to get a pre-owned car in great condition for a good price. Simply writing this to say Thanks! - Tim
