21 Century Auto Group

I had the greatest car buying experience possible at 21st century auto group! It seemed as though I couldn't stop shooting myself in the foot, being a first time car buyer and all. Still, the service and customer satisfaction efforts that I received from the dealership as a whole, especially my salesperson Justice, was out of this world. I kept trying to make it hard on myself, but Justice and the crew there at 21st wouldn't let it be hard for me. I was buying a trade-in vehicle that was much lower cost than their other vehicles, but I still felt like a priority to them. Yesterday me and my gf were dropped off at the dealership because we knew we were leaving with the car, but it turns out I messed up with the check I brought, and with what I was supposed to get from my insurance company. It's 9 pm and we're over an hour away from home, it's under 20 degrees and the dealership was closing, so we couldn't stay there. Nobody from the dealership owed us a thing, and yet Justice offered a ride down the street so we could stay warm while we waited for our friend, as opposed to waiting for 40 minutes in the cold and wind on the side of the highway. As I said I struggled with my first experience, but the staff was so helpful. I was even able to contact them after hours and when they were off so they could help guide me to the end. Today the sale was finalized and I couldn't be happier about the car, price, service and experience I received from this dealership. They really do care about everybody who walks in that door, and they will kindly do all they can to assist you into the car you came there for in the first place. If I have the need to purchase a car in the future, while I still live in the area I will certainly be heading back to see what inventory these guys will have available for me then. I just want to close with a direct thank you to Justice, he's a phenomenal person who really understands the human condition. He seemed like a friend or brother as soon as I met him. I'm so glad I met with him for this sale. I hope he goes on to do great things and live the life he wants, he's just such a wonderful person.

Had absolutely great expirience purchasing a Mercedes from Justice @ 21 Century. Knowledgeable in cars as well as help with great finance option for me . Took my trade in. Overall perfect. I change my cars quite often , so I now found "my dealership"..

Fast! Easy! Headache Free! Recently purchased a used BMW from this dealer. All I have to say is, if you're looking for a used European car, look no further than 21st century auto. I always use to think buying a used was such a headache till I came across 21 century and sales rep Bellah. He made everything so simple, I never thought I'd get approved for a $30,000 car till I saw myself drive out the lot in 2010 MB. All thanks to Bellah for being so patient and polite. I encourage everyone with doubt about your credit to contact this amazing sales rep. If he can do it for me, I believe he can do it for you.

There is a reason this dealership has 100% negative feedback from the BBB. Do your homework! Wish I did. The ONLY saving grace I had was that Joe Dennis did what he could to get our car fixed and to pass inspection. Joe Dennis is the only one there who actually cares. Oscar the so called manager would not return a phone call or an email. If you have any problems do not expect any help, unless you are lucky enough to get Joe Dennis to assist.

After searching for a few weeks this place was a hit. I drove out looking like a rock star. When you go in ask for Justice. He got me the car I wanted with the payments I wanted. Yessss I love my Mercedes-Benz!!!! When I would tell other dealers my price range they would laugh. But he said "I got you" and that's just what he did. Good job Justice
