I live 3 hours from this dealership and called the day before to confirm information on a car that they had that I was ready to purchase if everything checked out because I did not want to waste my time driving up there. They assured me that the car was in the showroom and was in mint condition. They stated I would be paying list price plus tax, tags, & registration. I asked about documentation fees etc and was told there were no hidden fees. I got to the dealership the very next morning only to find out that they did not have the car because it was at the shop getting some maintenance (come to find out they NEVER had the car in their possession to begin with they only posted it up on the website to lure buyers to the dealership). Not only did they lie over the phone about having the car, they lied about the price because there were tons of hidden fees. An $18,000 car was somehow going to come out to $23k with all the hidden fees that they tack on at the end (mind you the price is so low because they account for rebates that they offer, but no one actually qualifies for). They lie on their website and flat out lie over the phone just so they can get you in there and try to talk you into a different car. Moral of the story: LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A DEALERSHIP.

The people at 21st Century Auto Group are so good at their job, made things easy. This isn't the first dealer ship I have been to. Been looking for a while but everywhere I have been to wasn't helpful or had what I want. But this place was great, had the car I want and at the right price.
