Friendly and immediate service

Oh my gosh! Brian Peterson was a life saver! He really went out of his way to take care of me. He knew I needed my malfunctioning car immediately to drive from Orlando back to Virginia. He (and the technicians) really were outstanding. They all deserve a promotion. Brian was extremely professional and so friendly. He made me feel like he's known me for a long time. I can't thank Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram enough for the outstanding service (and especially for having Brian Peterson on your staff).

Speed and courtesy of service and advisors in handling my tire rotation and notification that service had been finalized. Also, I appreciated the sandwiches which were brought in for the customers who were waiting for their vehicles.
