A wonderful experience from start to finish on the purchase of my RX350. The best I’ve had in 10+ purchases! I drove 1.5 hours one way and it was completely worth it. This dealership only tries to give you a loan through Lexus Financial. I was told I had the best interest rate and found out this was not the case at all. They don’t even check other large financial institutions, which clearly would have better rates! Very dissatisfied!
