The service meets out expectations.

Our service consultant keeps me informed about the status of the repairs and anticipates what may be needed in future repairs. We have had conststant positive experiences for the 6 years we have had the 250h and as a result, we have just purchased a 2013 Certified RX 350.

Lexus 2016 RX 350

My experience was excellent. I had an appointment and the appointment was on time with the services, even though they were very busy. Our salesman for the car, Jason Yoeman, checked to see if everything was okay and was great in all aspects of my dealings.

Superb service managed by Jacque Bratton.

The service team listened to what was needed and asked good questions and made additional recommendations. Car was on time and with a seamless loaner experience.

Great service and friendly atmosphere.

Very friendly service department that mskes sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay while getting the service your car needs. I select this dealership by chance, but decide to make them the ones to service my car continuously by choice. One day I will purchase my next vehicles here and have them care for it as well.

Rena Brown

very green service representative, didn't seem to know what he was doing. Every time I go to this dealership I get a different service representative, they don't seem to be able to keep people that really know what they are doing. This time the "suggested" repairs listed the same repair in three different lines at three different prices! You have to ask a lot of questions at this dealership to make sure you don't pay for the same thing twice.

10,000 Mile Maintenance Check

I recently met my 10,000 mile check-up. It was the best experience I had ever had. My car was picked up from my home, I was notified by phone when the driver would be arriving & the details of what had occurred during servicing. I was notified once again when to expect delivery. The customer service received from everyone was absolutely the best.
