The service advisor that I worked with was Michael
The service advisor that I worked with was Michael Taylor. He was excellent through the entire process. He updated me as the car was being repaired and parts were needed. His mannerisms were professional and he was always open with his time for discussion or questions that I had. I can honestly say that when I need to bring my car into service, I will seek him to be my advisor. The videos that the technician sent as he was diagnosing my vehicle were clear, and well spoken. My thanks and appreciation to this experience.

I had 8 pounds of air in one of my tires Monday
I had 8 pounds of air in one of my tires Monday afternoon. My husband and I filled the tire to 35 pounds about 6 pm Monday but by the next morning I had 25 pounds in the tire. I had a full day that day so I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning to have the dealership examine the tire and repair or replace the tire. After my last meeting of the day on Tuesday, I decided it wouldn't be a good idea to wait until Wednesday morning so I called the dealership and headed in. They were very nice and repaired the tire while I waited. Michelle was most helpful!

Brand New facility. Worked with Salesman Steven Alexander and Finance Chris Woomer and both were amazing. Steven is knowledgeable about the vehicles and has a very low pressure demeanor. He answered all my questions in the car shopping side and Chris was very laid back on the finance side, explaining all the packages but also not forcing them on you. Very transparent on what each line item was and even offered me the paper work for review before I got into the finance office so I knew what I was signing before hand.
