Very straight forward experience. Gordon M. has helped me purchase two different vehicles. The price is upfront. Your trade in is up front. There is no back and forth with the salesperson, the “manager” and you. You will get the deal right up front. If it doesn’t work for you, then maybe they another vehicle that will meet your needs. No pressure for additional services. They will present them to you. Don’t want or need them, no problem. The service department is also very accommodating. The physical building is relatively new, very nice.
