Went there on Saturday to find a vehicle for my mother in

Went there on Saturday to find a vehicle for my mother in law, Carter Fields, Joe Ball, and the rest of the team were excellent. They were super patient and worked hard to make sure she's received a deal she was comfortable with. Keep up the great work!

This dealership did not disclose damage that we later

This dealership did not disclose damage that we later discovered on the vehicle we purchased from them. Then they refused to discuss the matter with us so that we could get the issue resolved. When we would call or email, they said they would get back to us and then never responded. Buyer beware of this dealership! Shady business practices happen here, and according to Indeed, it’s not a good place to work. I won’t support a business who lies to their customers in order to make a buck, and also treats their employees poorly!

This dealership failed to disclose damage that we later

This dealership failed to disclose damage that we later discovered after purchasing a vehicle from them. Then we couldn’t get anyone to discuss the matter with us in order to reach a resolution for the issue. According to Indeed, they also treat their employees poorly. I will not support a dealership that lies to customers and treats employees poorly. There are plenty of other places to buy cars! Buyer beware of this dealership!

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and Dylan in my search for a new vehicle. The level of customer service they provided was top tier. Lee was prompt, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Her style felt like we were a team instead of me just being a customer. Even when I decided to go for another model towards the end of the visit she quickly worked to provide me with the color and model and allowed me to test drive. She introduced us to Dylan who was very personable, not pushy or trying to pitch a sales. He was more interested in my experience and making sure that all my questions were answered. He also gave a great recommendation for a 5 star Mexican restaurant. If you are looking for an upscale, but personable and people friendly environment to look for a vehicle Hennessy Lexus is the place. Lee and Dylan will work to get you what you want for the right place.

We were out of town and looking for a specific car and

We were out of town and looking for a specific car and their website had it in stock. We called and talked with Mike Harris and he wasted no time getting the info we needed and assisting us get a deposit to make it ours. From there he kept in touch, sent us info, lobbied for us to be able to pick up when we were coming to visit, and handled everything as best as we could have hoped for! He also connected us with Rich Mahoney who was also very helpful. Svetlana Jorgensen was our technology delivery specialist who also took us right up until closing helping us get the car setup and understanding important details of the new car. Thanks Mike for treating us so well and bringing in everyone to get the deal done!

Honesty & integrity matter.

Honesty & integrity matter. Listed a vehicle for a price. Called/emailed, made an offer. I was encouraged to come in and "we'll make a deal". I get there, test drive, and was presented with an offer that was $3,000 above the list price, plus tax, tag & title - a total of $6K above the list and $9K from the verbalized offer. A complete waste of time. I will never do business with a company like this.

Inquired about a new GX550 that was advertised online.

Inquired about a new GX550 that was advertised online. Keith Perkins (salesman) called me after receiving the inquiry. He asked where I lived and i proceeded to tell him Tennessee (3 hours away). He immediately cut me off and said he couldn’t sell the car to me due to the fact I would not be servicing it there with them! THEN he proceeded to say he could possibly make it work if I was willing to pay PREMIUM price! Absolutely not! I’ve talked with MANY dealers from IN to KY and all have been willing to sell to me at MSRP price. This says a lot about their business practices and A LOT about this dealership as well! First impressions go a long way and this left a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership! You should probably learn to “make a customer, not a sale!”
