Alan could not have been more patient, knowledgeable and respectful of my wishes while helping me thru the purchase process and ability to navigate thru the dealership. This is no reflection on Alan, but Eskridge's make ready prep for a new car delivery to the buyer needs a lot of improvement. The previous car I purchased from this dealership had holograms and the latest one had dirty water spots in the door frame and outside mirrors.

Greg Fanning was my service consultant and Justin was my master mechanic for my most recent service. They are both awesome- knowlegable, efficient, and polite and very much appreciated. During this visit and a previous visit, Justin made a video of his inspection of my vehicle and narrated it as well. I absolutely loved that and hope that continues! It is very helpful. The purpose of this visit was routine maintenance as well as a request to trouble shot a noise which was atypical for my car. Justin was able to do this and explained what it was and why this part was making this noise. He also did something to abate this noise. Thank you so much. I purchased my vehicle from Eskridge in December ,2003. I have exclusisvely used them for all my service needs for my Lexus since that time and will continue to do so. They are excellent to deal with. If you need to wait for your vehicle, the waiting rooms are very nice and can accomodate customers who must work from their computers while they are waiting. There are always complimentary hot and cold beverages,and snacks, available in a comfortable and spotless environment. Again, I would like to say thank you so much! We appreciate all that you do.

Jeremy at the repair shop was great. The repairs to my vehicle were completed ahead of schedule and done to perfection. Shannon provided great customer service and kept she me informed. I’m pleased!
