My truck came up with a warning to service transmission
My truck came up with a warning to service transmission now. I had a Wednesday appointment but dropped it off on Monday. It's been 17 days and they still haven't looked at my truck. The excuse is they are busy and haven't had time to look at my truck Everyday my service guy calls to tell me he hasn't been able to get a tech to look at it. I bought a GMC Silverado which is my third one to buy. I called the GM and left a message which the call was never returned. A called the service manager several times and have never gotten a call back. I would never bring my car back to Turan Foley and will never buy another car or truck from them. In business service is number one job, if you don't have the employees to do the work then don't take it. There are several other dealerships that could have done the service.

went in for oil change and tire rotation which should
went in for oil change and tire rotation which should have taken at the most 45 mi. but 2hr and 30 mi into the job i was informed by the shop i needed air filters they took them our and i didn't tell them to do this only oil and tires ... as for as i see it they try and rip off everyone with this bull .I HAVE PURCHESED A NUMBER OF TRUCKS AND CARS FROM THEM IN THE PAST BUT THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

I leased a 2025 Buick Envista from Turan-Foley yesterday, Sept 4, 2024. It was a wonderful experience: Absolutely no pressure No obscure add-ons above the MSRP Consistently polite, informative, and customer-focused interactions at every level. In short, in my over fifty years of buying or leasing cars, this is the sort of experience I always wished for but almost never found. I drove an hour and a half, past three Buick dealerships that had contacted in my search for the car I wanted without “price adjustments,” and useless but expensive dealer installed options (like gold pin-striping, paint and upolstery “protection,” and mechanical repair insurance that duplicated the manufacturer’s warranty). The typical dealer tricks that so often make customers hate to even enter the lot much less start the buying process. If you’re looking for a Chevrolet or GMC truck, Buick, or Cadillac vehicle (gas or electric), and anywhere near Gulfport, MS, visit Turan-Foley Motors. In my opinion it will be well worth the trip.

Bad dealership
Bad dealership used the wrong vin on my trade in did not allow for any add on I purchased the vehicle by using Gm finance They offer me 40000 on trade when it should have been 50000.00 plus disgusting I had to go to Walt Massey Lucedale to get it all straight they are a wonderful dealership I will buy from for the rest of my life every three years horay for Brandon he is caring and knows the business
