Santa Margarita Toyota

I was told there were no cars in Southern Calif. with all the equipment I wanted. None of the other dealers I checked with told me this! They had a car on order by someone else with the right items, but the color was different. Also the person cancelled the order. I was told they will see if they can change the color If there was time in the build cycle to do so. I agreed and was able to get the car I wanted .

Great buying experience

I hate car shopping. It's a process where I generally don't trust anyone involved and so I generally put off buying new cars as long as possible. Unfortunately my old car was on its last legs and I set out to get a new 2018 Camry. There are a lot of Toyota dealerships in the So Cal area, but after a bit of research I found Santa Margarita Toyota had pretty consistently high reviews across the board. I called the dealership to make an appointment for a test drive and I spoke to Ruben Hernandez who was able to fit me in that same morning. I was debating between two of the 2018 Camry models and when I got to the dealership Ruben already had the models I was interested in parked side-by-side out front. No waiting at all. I was able to test drive both vehicles and talk through all the things I was looking for. Ruben patiently went through the vehicles they had on the lot as well as models they expected to be getting in the next month or so. At the end of 1-2 hours of test drive, discussion, etc., I decided I needed a bit more time to make a decision and I headed home. Ruben was great during the whole process. He wasn't pushy, he answered all my questions and didn't mind when I decided I needed to go home and think about it. I made an impromptu trip back to the dealership that evening with my family to look at some of the vehicles I was considering. Ruben happened to see me and ducked out of the meeting he was in to open up a few cars and then let my family & I spend some time looking around and talking. Shortly afterward, I ended up sitting down and working with Ruben to buy a 2018 Camry that evening. The buying process itself was about what I expected in that there was the standard bit of price negotiation on the new car and my trade-in, but it went much faster than I was expecting. I think the whole process from when we sat down until when I drove off in my new car was less than 2 hours. I think Ruben was pretty consistent with his earlier attitude in that he was patient and friendly and didn't try to mislead me or trick me or anything of that nature. I came out of the whole process feeling like I got a good deal on the car I wanted and I had a really pleasant experience working with Ruben. The other person I worked with to sign all the paperwork (I believe his name was Kim) was also friendly and helpful. TLDR: If you're in the market for a new Toyota, I had a great buying experience here and I thought Ruben was a pleasure to work with. If I end up buying a new Toyota in the future, I'll most likely be back.

Toyota Camry XLE

As a Market manager I always expect from my team to be friendly with customers and to give the customers feeling that the customers are the real owners of the business. And that?s what convince me to drove from Temecula to Rancho Santa Margarita.. thank You Guys

Very pleased with my car purchase

I came in looking at a Prius. They had a Persona Edition. The car was super clean and in great shape. Although they were not willing to budge on ANYTHING I left the dealership satisfied with my purchase.

Perfect service by great team

I have visited 5 different dealerships (Temecula Valley Toyota, San Diego, etc) but I found Rancho Santa Margarita Toyota the best dealership to buy a car. Happy Customer

Although I live in Lake Forest and RSM is quite a bit further from my home than Auto Nation in Irvine, I feel "at home" when I come to your site. That is because I leased my car there and the experience was not one of "high pressure" salesmen. Sanders is the one that waited on me the evening my son and daughter in law and myself came looking for a new car for me. It was divine intervention! I made my appointment this past Monday on a day I knew Sanders would be there so I could see him again. He became friends with my son and daughter and law as well as they live in RSM. Auto Nation is like a zoo! Employees friendly enough but it was not a relaxing experience the one and only time I went there several months ago.
