Excellent staff and service
The Dorian Ford Service Dept. staff provides fast and efficient service. Roxanne has been my contact for years ensuring my car receives the proper care it needs. I don't even have to ask for her; she just automatically meets me when I arrive. I've had an equally long (I've lost count of the number of years) professional but fun relationship with my sales rep., Richard Mina. I recently told him I believe him to be trustworthy and he lives up to my belief. (I thought buttering him up would get me a better lease price for my new Fusion. 😆 Just kidding Richard.) Even though there is a Ford dealer closer to where I live, I find myself going back to Dorian Ford again and again. Thanks to Roxanne and Richard for everything.
