Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Elmwood sales department is one of the best! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and makes buying a car less stressful. However service department is horrible, you have to bring your vehicles back 2 to 3 times for the same issue. We own 5 Elmwood vehicles, the joke in our family is two times one problem!!

Went to Elmwood Dodge with the initial intent of trying to decide whether we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee or another brand of car. Less than an hour later we had agreed on the price of a car. It was awesome.

We bought a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude on a Thursday and picked it up on Monday giving dealership 4 days to get car ready. The car was not cleaned and the Express Care Premium Protection wasn't done. The car wasn't registered so had to pay $25 for temporary plates. I now have to return the car to the dealership for them to put plates on the car and apply protection which means no car for two hours. Very poor customer service..

I worked with 3 separate salesmen. They were all very helpful without too much of the sales pressure. They answered all my questions. I got the car I wanted with very little fuss.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the our whole experience at Elmwood. They were upfront from when we stepped on the lot on a Sunday at 4:00 PM, and they just closed, but we were still greeted with a smile and Nathan made sure to invite us back, gave us his card and apologized. Nathan worked hard for us, and they gave us a very fair value on our trade and helped us into a previously enjoyed 2014 Cherokee. We had a few issues with Finance at first, but with Noel's hard work and determination, he made it all work out and not a penny over what they told us our payment would be. Everyone worked as a team. They want you to drive away happy, and that is what we did ! I highly recommend Nathan. He is pleasant, professional, and a no BS and no pressure type of guy. We will find the right car for you and make it work.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was my second Charger purchased from Elmwood, so I knew the service and product would be excellent. They want your business and will do everything to make your buying experience pleasant. No complaints at all.

I have always been interested in the Jeep Wrangler and knew one day I would own one. Knowing nothing about Elmwood, I called in and was connected to Nathan Amaral. Just the willingness to help me in his voice over the phone was enough for me to come and visit. Most salespeople try and rush you off the phone but not Nathan he truly took the time to answer my questions. Dennis Freeman made me feel like I was a good friend of his. Dennis was not afraid to show me the reality of the trade in market to give me an understanding of where my trade stood. Then there's Vinnie! what can I say he is just awesome he made me feel so comfortable during all the xxxxxxxx stuff he had to run by me lol.
