They are extremely busy and therefore cant provide the attention to detail that they once did when I purchased my vehicle in 2017. The service department has changed and it is missing something

During my last visit, I had an appointment set for 3 PM. I arrived at 2:45 and was asked to wait in the red building next door due to construction. I was told when my car was finished someone would come get me. 4:30 rolls around and I get tired of waiting seeing as how I only came for an oil change, had an APPT, and it was going on two hours. I walked back over to the other building to find my car just parked there. I waited by my car for 15 minutes before anyone came outside and I was put on hold when I called while waiting by my car. When I asked if it was done, I was told yes and was handed my keys. No one came and got me nor went over any extra info . The gentleman who got my keys from me in the beginning was awesome and kind, short reddish beard and glasses I believe! The rest of my experience was not so great, unfortunately.

Great experience. Friendly folks and relatively painless. Car runs and looks great. The accommodated my 85 year old mother which was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
