Requested to include car was during my service on my last 4 visit. One visit the person talked me out said it was extremely long wait. The other three they said okay. After an extremely long waiting for vechile got to the car only to see the car was NOT was again. I am thinking they don't actually have a car wash machine or they are service providers are not putting in my request either way not happen with how long it takes when one has an appointment and no additional services to be performed

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct — we do not have a car wash machine on-site, which can result in a more lengthy wait time for a wash after service. Our washes are done by hand, and during cold weather, we are unable to provide washing services to prevent freezing issues. To better accommodate you, we recommend stopping by on another day when conditions allow, and we’ll be happy to vacuum and hand wash your vehicle without the extended wait. The staff members were accommodating, and they made my visitthere tolerable. I went in for an oil change and service inspection. They showed me pictures of the services that I needed on my car, and then completed the services. I would've appreciated after pictures, but I trust that they did an excellent job.

I camefor an oil change and found two issues that required it overnight. The rep got me an Uber and went home. The next day the car was ready by lunchtime and they sent another Uber to get back. For a process I normal avoid I was pleasantly surprised at service level.

When there was a follow up issue with one of the repairs they had someone service my car at home. Muhammad made sure everything was fixed and complete staying after hours to make sure it was done!

Took my car in for a check engine light.
Took my car in for a check engine light. After researching and knowing that I may need spark plugs, the rep, Alfonso, stated that, after the inspection, if all I needed were the spark plugs, he wouldn?t charge me for the inspection. The inspection not only showed that I needed spark plugs but also recommended checking and/or starting with a gas cap change and cleaning, and going from there, for $241.33. I called and asked Alfonso what was included in that $241.33. He stated $49.95 was for the cap and to clean it. ?Clean what sir?, I asked. He said, ?to clean around it?. I asked, ?around the gas cap?? He said, ?Yes we have to go around and under it?. A cap, I?ll pass. I went to pick up my car and four things xxxxxx me off. 1)The inspection was included. 2) Alfonso lied and said that he didn?t exactly say that it wouldn?t be included. 3) While trying to explain why the inspection was included, he then stated, ?Because I didn?t want to get the gas cap checked to see if that was the problem or not and what all that would do?? I then had to REMIND HIM THAT I CALLED AND TALKED TO HIM SO THAT HE COULD E X P L A I N what that included and why!!!! WHICH HE FAILED TO DO ???? 4) After I told him to ring me up and that I am not coming back he then tried to say (AGAIN), well if you come back for the gas cap and we?ve done the inspection I?ll give this for free. SIR DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE SINCE YOU HAVEN?T 1) kept your word 2) seems not to remember what that word was that I would come back here!! NEVER!!!! Take your car at your own risk BUT WHATEVER YOU DO DOCUMENT, NOTATE, OR VIDEO BECAUSE TODAY'S REPS ARE N O T THE SAME!!! And typically when I go to Roswell Toyota or Greenville, SC, and if they see my tire light on(for air) they would just put the air in, because they care for their customers! NOT TOYOTA OF ATLANTA! 0 out of 10, Would not recommend!!
