Alex at Norm Reeves Honda was great! He made me and the Mrs feel welcome from the beginning. I was recently in an accident. Hit by a drunk driver who totaled my 2016 Honda pilot. I loved my pilot. So when it came down to replacing her I had no doubt what it was I wanted. I found a Honda 2017 pilot at Norm Reeves. It was worth the hour and a half drive (LA traffic) thanks to Alex Garcia I was able to close a deal on an amazing looking pilot. I couldn't be happier. The gentleman in the finance department Bashar was great as well. Very professional and friendly. We will definitely make this our family dealership!
